Action Centred Leadership -

Accredited Trainer -

This 3 day programme trains you in Professor Adair's world-famous Action Centred Leadership programme (ACL), which is followed by a formal assessment.  Successful participants gain the status of Adair Accredited Trainer and feature on the Adair Leadership Development website.  They also receive a comprehensive Trainer's Manual (worth £500) and use of the Adair Leadership Development logo.  Successful participants can then use John Adair's work as part of their portfolio and deliver their own Action Centred Leadership courses.
