About Us

I created Effective Outcomes in order to combine my management experience with my passion to develop people.  I am endlessly fascinated by people and never tire of exploring why they act as they do, particularly if they hold themselves back from the very success they seek.

I have an intuitive style of coaching and always blend my intelligence and humour when I work with clients.  Most importantly, I have the utmost respect for you, my client. I instinctively know when to be empathetic and when to push for results.  I never lose sight of my responsibility - to help you get the life you want.

I am a fully qualified coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and an Accredited Trainer of John Adair Leadership.  In addition, I am very proud to have been personally appointed by John Adair, (one of the world's most foremost thinkers on leadership) to his select group of Adair Leadership Associates in August 2008. 

My subsidiary company, The School of Coaching & Leadership Development, has also been appointed by Professor Adair as the sole provider in the UK of his flagship "Adair Accredited Trainer" programme.
